COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Status uncertain. Also available bottled.
Highly hopped without bound. Infinity IPA is our interpretation of the new generation of India Pale Ales.
Pale Maris Otter malts combine with healthy quantities of Mount Hood, Challenger, Golding and Amarillo hops to make for an infinitely hoppy IPA.
Refreshing, crisp and sharp with a lingering bitter finish. Infinity IPA is best enjoyed chilled and with a thirst that needs quenching.

Cask stillage at the Rake’s ’Cumbrian Beer Festival’. Amber pour with a white head. Citrus and caramel aromas. Light fruit tang. Quite mellow. Light citrus feel. Good session ale.

Bottle - pours a light amber with quite a thick white head. Soft carbonation. Fruity hops with a good balance of sweet malt in there. Lingering dryness. Great example of a modern IPA.

Fresh from a brand new barrel at the Black Bull Coniston. Golden beer, tight creamy head. Lovely fresh grassy hop aroma. Flavour is full, with a full range of citrus fruits, marmalade oranges (I shizzle you not) and resinous hops giving a dry finish. Outstanding pint, really superb when this fresh. Dangerously drinkable at 6%. Would take this over the bluebird any day.

Bottle from Ambleside Wines. Typical clear amber colour. Strongly hopped aroma with treacle, syrup, orange and fruit cake. Well balanced bittersweet taste - hoppy grapefruit, slightly nutty with a long finish. Full of flavour and character and dangerously drinkable for the ABV. Excellent beer.

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, citrus, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, orange, mandarin, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111211]
