Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, fruity malt, light hoppy, fruit, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity, apple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat.

Appearance - copper orange with a nice lacy head.
Nose - faintly orangey and a bit grainy.
Taste - orange spicy biscuit.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a crunchy texture and a long dry zingy finish.
Overall - a bit more malty than a typical blonde but good.

Bottle from a farm shop near Sizergh. Golden with a quickly dissipating white head. A smooth caramel base underlies a moderate amount of hops. Mostly citrus with a little spice. Nice easy drinking.
