UPDATED: OCT 8, 2005 Cask at Mahars. Amber body with no head. Aroma is pears and piss. Flavor was fruity yet offensive. Didn’t like this one that much. As it warmed it only got worse.

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2005 Cask Conditioned at Mahar’s in Albany, the only place besides the brewery it is available in the world. Had a very smooth character, with a honey malt flavor that was very enjoyable.

Cask Conditioned at The Black Bull Hotel, Coniston. Amber coloured with big bubbly head. Blended eh, well we did detect something of the Bluebird Bitter with a fragrant hoppy nose, but with a name like this one we were hoping for a slightly more exotic flavouring. In the end, a pretty basic session beer.
