3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I'm going on memory, but anyway I sampled this brew just yesterday from a flight on tap at the Conquest brewery in Columbia SC. I recall a standard IPA pale amber appearance with maybe a little more reddish tint. Pleasant tropical hop aroma and even more pleasant tropical hoppy taste that managed to avoid excessive bitterness. Very drinkable and the most enjoyable of the flight I sampled. Worth trying if you can find it.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
From tap at brewery. Pours an amber / orange color with small white head. The aroma was great on this with the big citra hop notes of tropical and citrus fruit. A little spice also came through. Taste is much like the Sacred Heart but with a little more grassy, earthy hop balanced with the sweet caramel malt. Overall good. Could use a little more mouth feel. A bit thin.

From tap. Pours a deep golden almost amber color with small head. Aroma has tons of juicy citrus wallop. The taste comes through with a wonderfully light but balanced taste with a clean, crisp and refreshing finish. Very good beer and point on in style.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Wow! I just had their blonde and IPA tonight so Iím reviewing them while they are fresh on my mind. I have had sacred heart before and thought it was good, but not a real Ipa as far as style guide lines. It didnít have enough hop presence and was to amber to be an iPa, but they have dialed it in well. The color is still a bit amber, but its beautiful. And I would enjoy more complexity to the hop profile, but it still is amazing! The mouth feel is spot on and the aroma is heavenly. I would agree with the ratings for the early SH except that one guy, there is always one, but the new stuff its border line world class. All the previous review dates are prior to the current release. They are learning their system well!

Draft at Brewvival. Hazy amber color, fluffy cream colored head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. Taste starts sweet and fruity, then bitter lemon. Tasty.
