Cask conditioned at Harbury Beer Fest ’07. Pale straw with white head. This was the star of the show for me, and I seem to be at odds with the comments below, but this is a spicy, hoppy fresh light absolute belter from Consett. Fruity grapefruit notes, long finish, a bobby dazzler.

Aroma is biscuity malts, grassy mainly with a bit of citrus. Taste is more balanced, honey and biscut, citrus grapefruit and lychee try their best to come through but dont quite make it. Still very drinkable.
