Sep 1, 2008 On tap at the White Horse, 25th August 2008. Clear amber with a delicate malt aroma, far less harsh than many pilsners. Very smooth and drinkable with a soft, gentle pils taste. A really classy pils. I normally dislike this style, but this blew me away. I could drink it all evening.

Apr 1, 2008 @ Zythos Bier Festival 2008, Sint Niklaas, Belgium. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (010308)

Mar 17, 2008 Draught at ZBF08. Clear golden colour, good stable white head. Very clean flavour, good refreshing citric fruitiness. Low to medium bitterness.

Mar 9, 2008 ZBF2008: From bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Vague hoppy aroma. Flavour is somewhat watery pale lager like, shows a medium bitterness towards the finish. Mellow yeasty finish.

Pale golden with an oily topping. BLOODYHELL!!! That’s an aroma. Not sure that it’s a good one. In fact, I know it isn’t. Incredibly boozy, rotten bananas and apple. Seriously heavy alcohol. Made Ang and I flinch as we took a sniff. Surprisingly light in the mouth follwing the nose. Well, initially. Then you are hit, no, slapped in the face, by the strongest card board notes I have experienced so far. Strong and unpleasant malts close the curtains on a dramatically bad performance.
