Mar 19, 2008 Golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has sweetness, notes of malt and light citrus and apple. The flavour has sweetness, a light citrussy bitterness, notes of malt, alcohol (quite a bit) and light hints of coriander and yeast. IMO the alcohol should be more subdued, and that makes the overall impression somewhat unbalanced.

Mar 9, 2008 ZBF2008: From tap. Pours hazy orange with a dense and white head. Light spiced and caramel malt aroma. Flavour is mildly sweetend and with a mellow yeast note mixed with a light spice note. Quite well balanced and smooth. Ends with a lingering smooth mix of the flavours.

Spicy, grassy aroma. Great balanced taste that is fresh and flavoursome with just a hint of sweetness coming through at the end.

Feb 16, 2008 Bottle. Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, lemon - citrus, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (140208)
