11.2 oz bottle. Best before 12/10/13. Clear, golden body. Big, foamy off-white head. Decent lace. Pronounced, but soft carbonation. Dry texture. Nice light bitter taste, some savory. Decent hops and nice belgian fruity spicy taste, that leaves a good, considerable-length aftertaste. An enjoyable belgian blond, with fortunately more belgian characteristics than blond.

Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a moderate head. Floral hop aroma. Nice and fresh flavour; one of the most hoppy Belgians I’ve had in a while. Very pleasant if slightly over-carbonated beer.

Bottle: hazy orange beer with a frothy, diminishimg but quite stable white head. Sweet and fruity aroma - some yeast, orange peel, caramel, malt. Taste is orange fruity, very sweet, light bitterness. Very soft carbonation, oily carbonation, nothing speciel, but a nice label.

(Bottle) Pours blonde almost orange. Initially very large offwhite head but falls quickly. Aroma: citrus, hops, bisquit, malt (almost wheaty) and belgian yeast. Flavor: Medium bitterness, alchohol, spice. Overall: Refreshing, drinkable but doesn’t leave a lot to remember

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Citrus-fruity, slightly zesty cara-malty aroma. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty base with citric notes of tangerine and a touch of drying herbal hops; sweet-bitter malty and slightly fruity and spicy finish. Quite good. 09.X.11

In short: A basic Belgian blonde ale with spicy herbal/floral hops and a little too much carbonation. Just ok
How: Bottle 330ml. Consumed a little more than one year before expiration date
The look: Cloudy light peach color body, lots of small particles, small white head
In long: Nose is has some of the usual Belgian blonde ale fruity esters (tropical fruits, lychees and even some bananas) and herbal spiciness. Taste has lots of straw, honeyed crackers, some dried light color fruits, flowery and herbal hops with a strong spicy character. Aggressive soda-pop style carbonation. The aggressive carbonation added to the spiciness made for a rough abrasive finish adding metallic and acrid sensation. The beer didn’t taste all that yeasty which is strange given all the yeast floating in my glass. Overall a rather ordinary Belgian blonde ale but nonetheless something I could get drunk on an uneventful day. Because I don’t need excuses to get drunk, I need beer.
