Golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has sweetness, notes of malt and light citrus and apple. The flavour has sweetness, a light citrussy bitterness, notes of malt, alcohol (quite a bit) and light hints of coriander and yeast. IMO the alcohol should be more subdued, and that makes the overall impression somewhat unbalanced.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Some nice fruity notes. Oily palate. Standard pleasent BA.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours orange gold with a large foamy off-white head. Nice fruit and citrus aromas. Med. body; med. carbonation. Flavor is freshly fruity and finishes with a hint of yeast and a touch of citrus. Very nice.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2005 Light orange color, hazy. Hoparoma, somewhat dusty with vanilla. Sweetish, very hoppy flavor, almost creamy with vanilla. Great quality beer, not as deep and complex as Contreras Mars, but with a very fine taste.
Tap, Café de Engel Oldenzaal. Malty aroma. Malty sweet buttery flavor, with loads of mango and peach. Lemon and vanilla. Hopbitterness comes up and persists in the aftertaste. Lovely!

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Light yeasty and fruity aroma. Is very bland and boring. Flavour is fruity, light flowery and light grapish. Light yeasty. Thin bodied. Sweetish end. Bland and uninteresting.

Bottle. Golden / orange colour with a white head. Aroma is yeast, orange, citrus. Flavour is yeast, fruit, malt, spices. Nice beer.

Bottled, 330ml at Kafee du Hopduvel, Ghent. Clouded orange with white head, hard carbonation. Quite strong pear drop aromas which lead to a sharp, acidic and drying beer. Nasal alcohol and reasonable hops, pretty reasonable.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Citrus-fruity, slightly zesty cara-malty aroma. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty base with citric notes of tangerine and a touch of drying herbal hops; sweet-bitter malty and slightly fruity and spicy finish. Quite good. 09.X.11
