Lukaduke (1021) - Portland, Maine, USA - MAY 20, 2013
Pours a rich golden color with a finger of white foam. The nose is complex with sweet fruit undertones, fruity pebbles, maple syrup, belgian spice and a touch of caramel too. The palate follows the nose nicely with lots of malted sweet notes similar to fruity pebbles... creamy mouthfeel, touch of acidity and grassy undertones. Nice.

chinchill (586) - South Carolina, USA - APR 22, 2013
11.2 oz fat squat brown bottle of "Belgian IPA" served in a snifter. Coding indicates this may be an August 2011 bottling. The beer is cloudy, despite leaving a good bit of sediment in the bottle. The body is a pale brown-orange color, with a moderate size eggshell head than has good retention. Aroma: very fruity, suggesting apricots, old citrus and fresh dates. Light malts and some spicy and earthy hops too. Taste: perhaps due to the age, this is more like a Belgian Pale Ale in terms of hops. Still, very appealing and complex mix of fruity and lightly spicy flavors, with hints of caramel and honey It starts a bit sweet and ends balanced. Full bodied, juicy, with excellent medium-low carbonation. O: recommended,

0,65l Bottle: Thanx to Mr.Rask: Hazy yellow colour, thin head. Aroma dominates of sweet maltynes, some belgian yeastynes. Sweet maltynes is a surprice! Flavor had a smouth , mild mouthfeling of Sweet maltynes, and and citrus, and flowery and some apricot finish. Thin to medium body , medium fruity finish.

Pours golden color with a medium head. Aroma of fruits, some hops, yeast, caramel and toffee. Flavor is the same with distant licorice notes and spices. Excellent.
