Had in a bottle at Le Bec Fin for restaurant week. Pours a hazy golden yellow, nice head that dissipates slowly. Very little lacing though. Aroma is very citrusy, grapefruit shines through. The taste is sweet with a bite of tartness. A kick of hops is also present. Medium body with good mouth feel. I was impressed by this brew, very refreshing.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with large white head. Hops and grapes, floral, fruits. A nice dry touch. Some citrus. Surprised of the hops, didn’t expect that from a Belgian beer. Very nice hops though.

Bottle. Pours a decadent bronze body with a white head with great retention. Lush and dry white grapes, floral hop tones, some light citrus/pear notes. A great dry earth y hoppiness about it; spruce, brush pine, hints of wild tangerines and a drying earth bitterness. Wishing i poured this saison in an over sized wine glass to in hail this more. Soft floral palate with a drying earth y natural flavor, rolls softly over the tongue like velvet. This is great!

A Mes rate. Keg at the Sloany Pony.
Hazy dark gold with a white film topping. Excellent aroma. Big sweet biscuity malt with a hint. Of grassy and floral hoppage. Flavour is even better. Almost ethanol like alcohol notes but stops just short. Lots of resinous hops and a hint of creme brûlée from the very sweet but not over the top malt. Excellent palate. Almost chewy but stops just short and manages to stay nice and clean. Just a lick of bitterness in the finish with some long sweetness and minerals. Very hoppy for a Belgian beer and distinctly better than the other Valeir beers I’ve had. Very good stuff.

Bottle, 33 cl. Yellow-blonde beer with a huge white lasting head. Aroma of hops, citrus and spices. Taste is also nice hoppy, with citrus and spices included, a light sweetness also, ending nicely with a light bitter taste. Great beer!

0.33 L bottle from Systembolaget. A moderate white head upon an orange hued, deep gold colored body. Aroma of coriander and Belgo-yeast. A whiff of caramel and perfume, and some citrus, too, tangerines comes to mind. Taste is fruity and zesty. Mild spices and yeast underneath. Mid-bodied. A slight soapiness on the palate. Light bitter finish with fruit and spice notes.

Totally hazy yellow color with a light white head. Nice hoppy aroma with lots of exotic fruit and spice. Hoppy flavor with a freshness from citrus fruit, spice and yeast. Refreshing drink with a very lively and fizzy mouthfeel.
