It is hazy golden with a huge, white, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of malt, yeast and light fruit. The flavor has sweetness and notes of malt, orange peel and other kinds of citrus, apple, yeast, spice and the finish has notes of both citrus and yeast. It has a soft mouthfeel like a wheat beer.

Pours a dark hazy golden orange color with golden ripe nanana yellow hues when held to a light source and a 1.5 finger frothy white head. Excellent retention with a nice amount of lacing in the tulip. Earthy hops dominate the aroma with some nice bready yeast and clean crisp light fruit. Slight malt backbone with some straw and grass notes. Very hop forward for a Belgian with a fuller end of medium body with a nice citrus bready yeast presence. Hints of citrus fruit, peppery spice, ripe banana, light crisp apple and pear and a bone dry pine finish. This is a very complex beer which is extremely dry, piney and bitter for a Belgian beer with a nice amount of light crisp fruit from the Belgian yeast strain and a slightly malty backbone.

Bottled. Pale orange colour with big fluffy head, yet diminishing. Light sweet malt in aroma with oranges, citrus and unnamed spices. Very nice. Flavourwise it’s a bit less sweet malty. It is pretty dry and bitter, with tad alcohol in the finish, due to high attenuation probably. The added fruit peels (I guess) give a fruity, bitter, almost astringent feeling, and the dryness lasts long. Carbonaton is not that high. All in all, a pretty good Saison.

Bottle @ Vilvordia Bierproef Festival, Jette, Brussels. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty and slighlty floral hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter flavor with some yeasty hints. Has a dry malty hoppy bitter finish.

Hazy, pale amber with a thick white head. Fruity and flowery tones. Malt, fruit and bitterness. Medium body with a long, balanced finish.

Hazy yellow with a small white head leaving great lazing on my tulip. Aroma is sweet hopycandy total tuttifrutti... Flavour is similar but more mature, slightly yeasty with a dry hoppy finish. Very satisfying, nicely hopped with a lively medium sized body. Drinkable, sessionable and tasty.

Tall stiff head. Sweet fragrance, sweet aroma, but lots of fruity flavor and maltiness. The alcohol is apparent, but not too much. Like it.

Bottle at Moeder Lambic. Pours hazy yellow with a medium creamy head. Aroma is freshly hopped with hints of mango. Very good aroma. Taste is a bit bitter from start to finish. Quite fruity also. Taste is a bit disappointing compared to the aroma. Still a nice beer.
