Feb 20, 2005 Bottle conditioned, at Essen Kerstbierfestival 2004. Gold, thin white head and gentle condition. Typical strong European lager aromas with a little starchiness and slight oxidation. Low sweet grainy malt in the mouth and a short sweet finish.

Dec 12, 2004 Pale golden, good whitish rim. Little spicey nose (heather blossom), honey and nutmeg. In the taste, fine honeyish flavour and maybe coriander, neither very marked however. Light bodied, not fizzy but very well carbonated. Good, but not really great.
