COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Autumn ale starts with distinctive citrusy/grapefruit aromas followed by a pleasant rounded bitter finish. The ale has a rich reddish, autumnal hue from using 3 different types of dark malts that lend a pleasing roasted/malted character to this fine ale.

Cask, The University Arms, Celtic Ale Festival. Still copper appearance, faint caramel aroma. Smooth, sweet with faint hop finish. Perhaps a bit too sweet for my taste.
