Aug 7, 2008 Bottled, as (M&S) ’Welsh Honey Bitter’. Misty gold with a dying halo of suds. Nose of faint green mustiness, marzipan. Spiritous rum-like booze, astringent and quite nasty. Blunt hop dryness to finish. Couldn’t get any honey. Unimpressive.

Apr 24, 2008 Bottle. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is golden. Lots of yeast sediments in th bottom. Aroma and taste are sweet honey, malt, notes of fruits.

Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Straw notes. Light bitter average finish. Oily palate.
