Bottled, as (M&S) ’Welsh Honey Bitter’. Misty gold with a dying halo of suds. Nose of faint green mustiness, marzipan. Spiritous rum-like booze, astringent and quite nasty. Blunt hop dryness to finish. Couldn’t get any honey. Unimpressive.

Torben Mathews’ tasting, Gyngen, Aarhus, DK, 230408 Hard to experience from the very last of a bottle-conditioned (Føj Torben!) Light in colour and flavor. Fructosis sweetness from the honey and the usual combined fine bubbled carbonation

Bottle. Clear yellowish colour with a medium white mostly lasting head. Sweet honey aroma and taste with fruity notes. Boring.
