Cask Last Post Paisley. Probably not best reviewed after a heavy hop ensemble but poured deep brown and sad to say darker than todays Emerald Isle’s favourite "Black Stuff" . Tasted burnt almonds and Bassett’s licquorice . Not bad at all but def a stout.

Cask (gravity) - The Murderers, Norwich. Fine, disappearing beige head; clear, dark ruddy body. Lots of mildly tangy dark fruit aromas, liquorice and subtle roasted malt. Similar again on the tongue with a hint of a dry roasinesst in the finish. A bit flat on the palate. Short finish, lingering dark fruity aftertaste.

Bottled. A red-amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and berries. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. Boring.
