Single bottle purchased from an LCBO in Ottawa, Ontario on 06/05/2012. Colour: Light yellow with bright white lacing. Nose: Very plain malt and a heaping mound of fresh cut ceder 2x4 wood planks. Background of yeast among swirling and a far, far off trace of citrus. Taste: Medium-high sweet, light bitter, light sour. Wow, sugar content is high and it puts a damper on anything else wanting to show. Trace of hoison sauce and corn, and a cardboard-like finish.

Okay head and gold colour, rotten garbage and cardboard aroma. Flavour is malt and cardboard with a sugary and fake hop finish. This is not a good beer.

from bottle. Cracked this open after a long drive home. Reminds me of a French Panache on a hot day. Inoffensive and doesn’t claim to be something it’s not. Strangely refreshing!

A pale golden lager with a thin white head. In aroma, light lemony malt, with faint mineral notes. In mouth, a light lemony malt again, very thin and inoffensive. Bottle from Probstk. Thanks for the freebie.

Bouteille 275ml.

Bottle: Poured a super light yellow color lager with a small bubbly head with minimal retention and not much lacing. Aroma of light citrus notes with grainy cereal is not the most interesting. Taste is also a boring mix between some light citrus notes with some light malt notes which may includes some adjunct. Body is thin and watery with OK carbonation. Not something I will seek out again.

Labelled "with a hint of lime" and looked good after pouring. The taste was missing almost everything. Very faint biscuit taste but watered down beyond belief.

Purchased in a single clear bottle at the LCBO and written "with a squeeze of lime" on the front side. Pours a decent golden colour (for a light beer) with a decent white, almost creamy head, average retention and some lacing. Wow... the nose is quite something though. Very grainy with something bad. I just can’t put my finger on it, but it is like food that does not smell good. It does get better as it breathes and just grain remains. Thin mouthfeel and kind of fizzy. Where is the lime in this ?? Nope, nothing found in that department. Just grain. Not a horrible light beer (as others put it) with the look and taste of a normal lager, but lacking the "natural lime flavours" it advertises and having a weird graininess to it.
