COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
To celebrate my 100th brew here at Cool Springs Brewery I have brewed a Centennial Stout.  The Centennial Stout is a big, robust and roasty-chocolatey dark ale with a full body and complex finish. I hope you are able to come in and celebrate this occasion with us.

This beer has avery ice robust coffee quality to it that is very cool to thetoungue, kind of like an iced coffee. The only downside to it show dry it is. Maybe I just should have had a glass of water first, but it is nicecreamy, and definitely robust. On tap at the brewery
