COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Chili Willi is a lightly smoked robust porter. Oddly refreshing, this porter has a boat load of fresh chills and smoked chills. This a beer that might knock your socks off with unique flavor. Culinary creativity at it’s best.

Very spicy but cool, like ginger. The play between hot and cool is really intriguing. This did damage my palette for a couple minutes, but nothing to violent. The chocolate roastiness really helped smooth out the heat.

Brown black pour with light off white head and lace. Aroma of light burnt coffee, roasted malt, and chili peppers. Flavor is burnt coffee, a light pepper warmth. A sweet start that fades to light heat and a bito earthiness. Medium body with good carbonation. Nice beer.
