Our brewmaster loves coffee. So much so, that if you asked him to pick between beer or coffee, he’d pick coffee. But that’s like asking who your favorite child is. Our brewmaster says: "Why choose when I can combine them to make a delightful treat?"
To create this delicious brew our brewmaster with the help of “Roast Inc” decided on using a custom blend of Peruvian and Ethiopian beans, custom roasted to our specification.
Style – American Sweet Stout
IBUís – 28
ABV – 6.2%
Hops – Northern Brewer, Fuggles
Malts – 2 Row, Roasted Barley, Brown Malt, Chocolate Malt, Wheat Flakes, White Wheat Malt,
Appearance – Impressive dark brown with a light tan head.
Smell –Brawny coffee, sweet malt and a mild hop presence along with light notes of brown sugar, licorice, and raisins.
Taste – Layers of dark chocolate, fresh coffee, roasted malts and light dusting of cinnamon, vanilla, and cardamom. This beer leaves a lingering coffee flavor on the palate as if you just drank a fresh cup.
Mouth feel – Medium in body and creamy in texture with a light carbonation.

Dry, toast. Easy drinking with a crisp warm aftertaste. Sweet but very well balanced.

16 oz draft pours black with a tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, cocoa and coffee. Taste is the malts and coffee.
