COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the style of an American Amber ale, this beer is smooth and complex with a distinctive hop aroma and flavor. Its reddish hue is a result of our brewmaster’s unique combination of crystal malts and chocolate malt used during the mashing process.

Pours a clear bronze color with moderate head that diminishes quickly and leaves lots of lacing. Strong caramel malt with hints of nutty and toasted malt as well. Moderate citrus and pine hops, which I like personally and is surprising for and amber. Mild sweetness with moderate bitterness to counter balance. Medium finish with a small boozy punch. Medium palate with mild carbonation. Very well balanced.

On tap at Brewery. Pours a deep amber with a thin white head. Aroma is bready and toasty which I really enjoy in an amber. The flavors come together nicely to provide some caramel sweetness and citrus hoppiness, along with a creamy texture and full body. A well done amber.

Pours cloudy amber with a big frothy beige head. Aroma- yeast, ripe fruit, caramel, dough, apple, overall very lively. Taste is sweet initially with some yeast tartness coming through and a floral, roasty mildly bitter finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. This beer is somewhere between a German Altbier and an Amber on this batch because of the German yeast addition.

Clear dark amber color/ beige head. Mild nutty, chocolate, toffee aromas. Rich, smooth mouthfeel. Mild but nice roasted nutty, toffee flavors with mild chocolate, smooth easy finish.

Clear bourbon color, head that quickly reduces to the rim, no lace. Taste is caramel malt that is quickly joined by American hops. The malt doesn’t give way easily, adding earthy molasses to create an impressive balance. Both sides dance easily through the finish. This is a well-conceived ale that is easy to drink. Recommended.

Deep gold pour with off white head and lace. Aroma of caramel malt dominates. Caramel malt and a light bitter. Medium bodied with good mouthfeel make this a pretty nice drinker.

Tasted at the brewery. Kinda like a well hopped version of bud american ale. Tasty.

Corny keg at Hamilton Creek. Pours amber with an off white head. Aroma of fruity ale esters. Lighter side of medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavor of caramel malts, with some toasty and nutty nuances, countered by a tamed spicy bitterness. Sort of boring by itself, but a good gateway beer or something to pair with food (pizza, wings, etc)

Draft at brewpub. Hazy amber in the glass with a creamy off-white head that had some lasting and spotty lacing. The aroma found light toasted malt and grain. The flavor found toasted malt, light hop, grainy, and hints of metallic. Medium body.
