COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the style of an American Amber ale, this beer is smooth and complex with a distinctive hop aroma and flavor. Its reddish hue is a result of our brewmaster’s unique combination of crystal malts and chocolate malt used during the mashing process.

Pours clear amber with a frothy white head. Aroma- grain, earth, caramel. Taste is plain grass and caramel. Very light and clean beer.

Pours a lasting, off-white head with a deep copper-ruby body. Aromas of grass and spicy hops along with a little malt. Flavor is malt, toffee, and spicy hops. Finish is dry and bitter.

Glass:Sampler.
Appearance:Clear red/amber pour with a thin off white head.
Aroma:Mainly caramel malt with a faint earthy note.
Flavor:Caramel and a hint of bitter chocolate. Floral, bitter finish.
Palate:Medium body with solid carbonation.
Overall:Good beer, but generally an unappealing style.
