Appearance:Cloudy yellow pour with a small white head.
Aroma:Cloves and wheat.
Flavor:Heavy cloves dominate the flavor. Lingering wheaty finish. Only a faint presence of banana.
Palate:Medium body with solid carbonation.
Overall:While I don’t like a lot of banana in my hefes, the nearly complete lack of banana in this one was a little odd.

Pours cloudy yellow with thin lacing. Light banana and bubblegum on the nose with more bubblegum on the palate which is creamy and slightly sweet. Good, not great but good.

Draft at brew pub. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Scent is wheaty with clove. Taste is wheat, lemon and clove.

I had the sampler, nice hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of heavy yeast and fruit. Taste much of the same, very nice beer

Corny keg at Hamilton Creek. Pours a hazy gold with a white head. Nice banana ester nose. Light bodied with average carbonation. Flavor of pale wheat malts and banana clove phenols. Average sweetness. Nice job at getting those authentic bavarian esters and phenols, although I prefer a tad more body and a little more of the bubblegum phenol

Hazy golden color/ white head. Average hefe clove, banana bread aromas. medium bodied. Very good ripe banana bread, spicy clove flavors. Lingering spicy clove finish.

on tap-pours a white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is banana/clove, wheat. Taste is banana/clove, wheat, smooth.

Cloudy yellow pour with creamy light white head and lace. Aroma is nice banana and clove. Banana’s and clove, wheat on the flavor. Full bodied with no carbonation. Soon to be a very good beer.

Pours a hazy, straw colored body with a lasting white ring of head. Aromas of banana, clove, and dough. Flavor is yeast, banana, zest, and a little clove. Finish is clove and clean.

Hazed yellow gold body with a thick foamy white head. Aroma- bubblegum, clove, wheat, earthy. Taste is crisp wheat and spice. Medium body and carbonation. Very clean finish.
