COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This American Pale Ale has a light copper color and is brewed with Two Row Malt, Crystal malt and Wheat Malt. Centennial hops are used in the brew kettle and Mount Hood hops are used to dry hop during the conditioning phase.

Clear orange, thick frothy white head. Aroma is mildly floral, pine, sweet citrus, tropical. Taste is sweet hops with a good caramel balance and a moderate bitter finish. Medium body, smooth full carbonation.

Red-orange, whitish foam. Nice light caramel malt, grassy herbal, hop aroma. Reminds me of the Yazoo Pale. Taste is more light malt sweetness, candy apple, nice lingering herbal bitter, some light fruitiness and citrus.

Golden pour with foamy white head and lace. Aroma of light pine and not much more but nothing off. Sweet malt with a resiny finish. Medium bodied but a tad fizzy.
