COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Porter is an Americanized version of this classic English beer style. Black malt and chocolate malt are used to give this beer its dark color and roasty character. Three different hop varieties give this beer added complexity.

Nearly solid black body with a big creamy head. Aroma- mild caramel, milk chocolate, dough, and roast malt. Taste is slightly bitter with a thick rich sweetness. Thick chewy creamy body with a bitter cocoa finish. Carbonation is soft and this beer is more diverse than most Porter’s I’ve had.

Draft at brewpub. Black in the glass with a tan head that had a thin layer last and left good lacing. Aroma of roasted malt. The flavor found roasted malt, dark chocolate, and a light hop backing. Medium body with a roast aftertaste.
