COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION The first new brew from brewmaster Derrick. This indian black ale (or black ipa) is a pacific northwest hop bomb. This IPA is Opaque black with a dark cream tan head in appearence. The smell of which has a wonderful spicy distinctive aroma from the 5lbs of Amarillo, with a hint of spruce pine. The aroma finishes with the characteristic dark malts in Indian black ales. When you taste this beer, the dark malts are immediately noticeable but just for a brief moment. Waves of floral spice, and grapefruit wash over you with hints of pine lying just underneath a touch of roasted toffee. The bitterness is well complemented by the pungent and citrusy hoppy profile. Mouth feel – Medium bodied with a medium to low carbonation level.
