COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the original Pecker Wrecker recipe, this beer is brewed in the style of an India Pale Ale, a “dry hopping” technique is used where generous amounts of hops are added to the beer during its maturation stage which gives the beer an unmistakable floral and citrusy aroma. This beer is also known for its firm hop bitterness which is balanced nicely by the sweetness of the crystal malts used in this recipe.

Clear amber color/ beige head. Citrusy orange, pineapple aromas. medium bodied. Standard pine sap, caramel ipa flavors, drying bitter finish- ok.

Disagree with the previous rater. I’ll admit. It’s been a long time since I’ve had this beer and I’m going from memory. Nonetheless. I can remember loving this beer. It was truly fantastic. Basically a richer, bigger, fuller, maltier, hoppier, high alc version of pecker wrecker. Son of Pecker wrecker was outstanding. 2nd or 3rd best beer from Cool Springs Brewery yet. The best being the Coconut Porter. Holy crap that’s a good beer.
