Beer pours lightly cloudy golden with an egg white head. Aroma is intensely citrus grapefruit and grass. Taste is extremely bitter and I love it!!’.

On tap at mcnellies downtown Tulsa, 1may2012 nose is wonderful big hoppy bouquet some lacing hangs on the glass but the malty backbone has too much presence for me to push this up to a 3

Orange pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma is large citrus hops and caramel malt. Sweet malt, bready, nice hard citrus bitter. Medium body with good carbonation. Very nice beer well balanced. Just a hinto something different I could not put a finger on but still nice.

This has a very nice grapefruit aroma. First sip is just a tad fruity but it has a very bitter aftertaste. Overall pretty good stuff.

Draft at Tapwerks OKC. Mellow orange-yellow with great lacing. This has a definitive tropical fruit character -- mandarin orange even -- pineapple? Wow. Fruit juice. Refreshing. (#4150, 6/29/2011)

On tap at TapWerks OKC. Pours a cloudy orange with a small white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is a floral hop and grapefruit. Medium mouthfeel with a bitter hop bite upfront and a nice smooth citrus finish, really enjoyed this IPA from Coop.

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2011 Finally got to try this one, the only tap in town is constantly dry. Burger night at McNellies, F-5, and too many people. I have to say, although it was good, it wasn’t as good as I had been expecting considering all the praise it gets from PA/IPA/IIPA drinkers. Had some more on tap last night, enjoyed it a little more than last time and adjusted my ratings to reflect that.

Um is this beer from Oklahoma!?!?! Seriously!? If you are someone from out of town, trust me this beer is not rated high only because its local it is absolutely amazing. A- Deep golden color nice floral head. S- Pine Trees blowing in the wind! Love it! Hops come through in bouquets of aromas. Floral hints spread throughout. T- Fresh as can be! The hops are so balanced by the malt. Not heavy just smooth and wonderful. Alcohol is present, but very well hidden. M- Covers the palate wonderfully. Bitterness is balanced out. goes down smooth and easily. light on the tongue. D- WOW! Why don’t I have this for sale in my store yet?! Can or bottle this please so I can have one every night. I always say that once you have had an F5 your mouth will never forget. Truly an amazing beer and its an IPA! Thanks COOP for this bad boy!

This is my favorite COOP beer. It has a very hoppy/grassy aroma and flavor. It pours a darker amber color and is over all a great IPA.
