A straightforward malt body supports the distinctive bouquet of Columbus and Falconers Flight hops that impart citrus, grapefruit and pine notes characteristic of the West Coast style. F5 is a belligerent hop reckoning.

Pretty darn tasty IPA. Taste very fresh. Much more pine than citrus flavor a. A bit heavy palate. Crisp clean drier and lighter would've been better to suite me but still I'd happily order this or pick up a 4 pack again. Wish this was available in Texas.

Appearance: very clear lighter orange color, has a small off white head Aroma: grass, pine, very hoppy, citrus, Taste: pretty bitter throughout, grass, pine, citrus, not very much malt sweetness at all, Palate: bitter aftertaste, lively carbonation, average mouthfeel Overall: had from draft, this is a solid ipa, not much malt in the flavor or Aroma, hops take the front seat, I could drink a lot of this ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tasted from a pint can. It poured an orangish murky amber with a thin off white head and fairly solid lacing. Sweet orange hopped aroma with a well hopped citrus taste and a hint of apricot. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle; poured a clear dull orange with an off white head. Aroma of orange and citrus, sugar and earth. Very earthy flavor, some sugar, and earth and cardboard.

Pint on tap. Clear beer, bright yellow, good lacing, small persistent head. Actually a light, simple aroma. Taste is very good, medium mouthfeel, nice medium bitter aftertaste. All the flavors you want. Recommended.

Great piney, floral and citrus aroma that is very powerful as soon as the can is opened. Appearance is very pale. Lighter than a lot of IPA’s. Pretty looking beer! Very hop forward from the beginning with a complex hop flavor consisting of citrus and spruce. Not a strong malt build, which I like in an IPA, but a small amount of light sweetness. Medium to high bitterness. Light to medium body. Lots of resin in the texture. Lively carbonation and finishes with a long lasting hop bitterness and flavor, but very clean. Great beer! My go-to beer to start most nights at the bar.

This is not for the hop haters out there. Strong, pine aroma and taste. Very stout palate that sticks with you. Despite it's hoppy nature and high alcohol content, a very smooth and easy to drink beer.

On draft. Aroma of pine, citrus and honey. Flavors of orange, peach, guava with a faintly chocolate malt presence. Sophisticated and layered.

Can given to me from some fine folks passing through Bell’s Eccentric Cafe from Montana/Oklahoma. Medium copper pour with small amount of effervescent bubbles rising to a quarter inch of white head. Scent is light, full of toffee, grain, florals. Soft carbonation, pillowy mouthfeel, tacky finish that leaves teeth dry. Taste is predominantly pine mixed well with floral and citrus zest, really soft and subtle, milky sour with toffee as well, grain is indistinct in flavor but very apparent in mouthfeel. Nice IPA with some regional uniqueness.
