3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 rudolf (2276) - Buffalo, New York, USA - SEP 22, 2010Nose is pine & grapefruit, a bit fruity. Flavor is pine & grapefruit with some very sweet malt. Something about this clashes on my tongue.

Had it off of a tap, poured a clear amber color and a sweet floral aroma with a light head. The taste has a subtly smooth IPA a flavor, i.e. hoppy. Tasty.

On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a near clear apricot amber with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a musty pine note with a hint of grape fruit and a backing note of grain and resin. Flavor has a strong pine note with backing notes of resin, grapefruit and just a hint of onion.
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 OKplus (355) - Oklahoma, USA - FEB 18, 2013
A - An orange coppery color with a slight haze. An excellent 1 inch head. Excellent retention. Beautiful patterns of white lacing.
S - Floral earthy hops dominate, bright lemon zest, hints of pine.
T - As the nose describes...Huge dry potpourri hops attack. There’s an astringency with the flowery spicy hops. Lemon, grapefruit rind, and tropical fruit come out as it warms. The weak malt strives to show it’s face but is overcome by the hops.
M - Firm carbonation, medium bodied, finishes crisp and bitter.
Lots going on. This one is all about the hops. The best IPA to come out of OK so far.

Pints on tap. Orange -amber with a lasting film of foam. Nose of citrus and resin, toffee and a hint of toast. Taste is the same pleasant blend with a nice dry finish. Light-medium body is well-balanced and has medium carbonation. Good session IPA.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Terminus (2891) - Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA - JAN 26, 2013
Tap at Tapwerks in OKC January 2013-multiple pints of this over a long sitting. Pours bright clear orange with a whispy white soapy head. leaves alot of lacing as well. Nose is mostly c-hop components, lite mineral character and some lite medicinal notes. Flavors are pretty standard-c hop flavors however, even at 7%, its pretty sessionable. I was rather impressed how easy this is to drink. Pretty standard IPA here however, its solid and good session beer.
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 Stevesie (202) - - DEC 30, 2012
On tap. Very hoppy; I always order a glass of water with this beer. Another solid offering from Coop. Pairs exceptionally well with the McNellie’s Pub Burger.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 kevinator (322) - The Colony, Texas, USA - NOV 6, 2012
Average IPA. Citrus and barley aroma. Light amber color. Low head with average carbonation. Good lacing that remained in the glass. Nice up front hop presence that lingered and added a dry finish. Needed more balance and the alcohol was well hidden. Good to drink with a burger.
4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 changeup45 (1558) - Mount Dora, Florida, USA - OCT 24, 2012
UPDATED: OCT 28, 2012 Draft at McNellie’s in Tulsa. I had heard good things about this beer prior to my trip so I was happy to see it on tap. Golden color; served with a decent white head that laced pretty well. Very aromatic, floral, hoppy. Lots of citrusy hop flavors here with orange and pineapple coming to mind. It definitely has a tropical fruit thing going on, which I like. Overall a bit herbal. Going down it’s crisp, clean, and bitter, with a lengthy dry finish. The malt supports but doesn’t get in the way. Very tasty stuff. If the COOP bottles/cans I am bringing back with me are anywhere close to this good then I will be very happy.

Pour on tap at Avery IPA fest, hazy orange with white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, slight grain and grassy, piney notes, hints of sweet orange peel, slight tropical fruit. Taste is sweet orange, pineapple, pine and grass, some slight biscuit and toffee, finishing fairly bitter, slightly sweet.

Tap @ the Inaugural Boulder IPA Fest. Pours a slightly hazy, light orange appearance with an off white head. Spicy, lightly dank, light piney, citrusy aroma. Tangy, grapefruity, earthy, bitter/piney hoppy flavor. Pretty tasty.
