On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a hazy golden orange. Generous foamy white head taht slowly dissipates to a thin ring. Excellent lacing. Aroma is tart fruit, earthy hops and grass. Flavor is tart cherries and spicy yeast. Tart without being sour and ridiculously refreshing and easy to drink. Outstanding. I’ve only ever given one other beer a 5 rating. But I truly can’t think of anyway to improve this beer, so here goes #2.

[Tap] Had on tap at Tapwerks about a month ago. Very limited initial release, but hopefully they will be brewing more of this soon. Pours a light orange color with a dense white head. A bit hazy. Pears and green apples in the nose. Moderately sour taste is of light fruits, yeast, hints of white wine and sour apples. Very drinkable and not overly sour. I did like this brew.
