Can. Pours clear deep amber with a medium off white head. The aroma is toasted malt, caramel and light hops. The flavour is light hops, light roast and toasted caramel. Ok.

Can. An amber beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of straw, caramel, and malt, but in a boring way. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, and caramel, leading to a dry metallic and bitter finish - hm, not my favorite hops in this one - cheap I guess.

Can @ Papsø. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty fruity caramel flavor. Has a sweetish fruity malty caramel finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

It’s dark brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of caramel, soap and seems somehow spicy. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of soap, spice, caramel and the finish is dry and slightly harsh – not nice.

Can. It looks rather lovely in the glass, a clear copper body and a finger-thick, dense off-white head leaving lacings. Buttery, roasted nose with a little fruityness, all quite weak. Roasted, caramel flavor with fruityness. As the aroma it’s quite weak. Medium body. Caramel finish. Definitely not my kind of beer, and not a very successful classic. 110108
