UPDATED: MAR 21, 2010 Canned 50cl. Chestnuts, mushrooms, hops and herbs in the taste. Nicely bitter, woody with a hint of strawberries. Fruity hoppy finish with a touch of lemon sorbet. Excellent price. Great value. Nicely hoppy. Impressive.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sampled in Switzerland in 2001. Was very well priced at little over 25 US cents. was very light with minimal flavor but packed a good punch of alcohol. worth a try if you are looking for more than a sipping beer.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
bright yellow colour
smells a little bit hoppy,a little bit malty and perhaps a little bit bread like, but smells rather light
not bad carbonated, has a bit of hoppy taste,a little bit of bread taste,
aftertaste hoppy,a little,littlebit sourish,bread-taste hidden
(by the way,now it no more coasts swiss, francs 0.55,but 0.60,but this is still really cheap, one of the cheapest beers available in switzerland(dennelr lager hell coasts 0.55 swiss-francs and i fthink, that it tasts better than coop lager)
that beer hasn’t a really a bad taste, but it has not much taste at all ! it could have some more flavours, the hops aren’t intensive at all, could be better if all tasts that are in the beer would be stronger.
for a very, very hot summerday, but not a gustative revelation at all!! It’s rather boring!!

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
i had this beer quite a few times at various locations throughout switzerland. for being suisse, this beer is VERY cheap. not badm though. nice golden, wheaty look with strong carbonation and a moderate white head. tastes like bread, a bit of citrus, and a good deal of hops. mouthfeel is average. not bad for the price.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: JUN 23, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Classical pale Swiss lager. Pretty soft with only a hint of hops. Very easy to drink but lacks some chacarter. The label is a strong competitor for most horrific label-design ever. 020303

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottled 0,50L. Creamy and adherent foam, valid. Limpid yellow color; firm and it deprives of beads. Lightly medium alcoholic aroma, artificial scent of dampen cereals. Fresh taste with a moderated bitter, altogether deprives of character and with a short finish.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
clear golden colour, big creamy head, nice lace, herbal nose, full-bodied with a dry bitter finish, clean and well-balanced - could almost qualify for a pilsener
