UPDATED: MAR 7, 2010 Bottle. Surprisingly ok. Trying it because the bottle shop selection was pretty thin, but this is quite a nice, hoppy and refreshing, but overly sweet. Did manage to remind me of Czech.

From a 355ml bottle on 8/2/2015. Pours an ultra clear light golden with a small head. Has an unimpressive nose featuring light grain. In the mouth, itís similarly uninspiring - sweet malt, grain, corn and the barest hint of bitterness. A bit rich for them to call this a pilsener. Itís very much comes across as a standard pale lager. Thin body and average carbonation. Iím a bit of an advocate for Cooperís ordinarily, but this is not worth defending. Pretty poor effort from a pretty good brewery.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2015 355ml bottle into schooner glass. Sweet malt nose. Light amber with sudsy head. Taste is clean, watery. Aftertaste is bitter minerals. Promises a lot but doesnít deliver.

From a bottle. Pours a very pale yellow, tiny head, almost ciderish aroma, very crisp palate, refreshing and worth a try.

Nice label but not much better than an Aussie mainstream lager so a basically donít bother for the price.

Bottle. Pretty standard pilsner. Biscuit malt driven and very light. Another main stream pils, prefer there pale ale.

Pale gold pour with no head. Aroma - mostly malt, no other aroma to speak of. Taste is just malty, sweet, very plain. Disappointing

Drinkable, a little bit more on the lager side than the pilsner, lacking a quality hop presence. An alright lager, but not really a pilsner.

Plain aroma - yeast, corn, straw . Apperance -Straw yellow, and tastes like straw.. only joking. First taste - dry, medium carbonation, slight sweetness. Letting it warm.. mmm much better -- rated via 'Find A Beer' for Blackberry 10

Pours a clear golden colour. Smells of malt. It tastes of malt with a hint of hops bitterness.
