Now here’s a beer with punch. Coopers Stout is a beacon for lovers of a hearty brew. With its robust flavour comprising a blend of fruit, chocolate and hop bitter notes it’s everything a stout should be. Brewed naturally using a top fermentation method, Coopers Stout’s unique rich, dark texture comes from specially roasted black malt.

This beer is a perfectly cooked marshmallow over a campfire, cooked nice all over, dark and hasnt quite caught alight. Taken off the flame at exactly the right moment, resulting in a rich smooth, sweet drop that is full of flavour. Displays a slight hoppyness on the palate after a little coffee. Really good stuff, I recomend it has the lot.

Overrated. Dark for sure, but not that malty and kind of watery. Pretty much what I came to expect. Kind of a nice earthy taste to this. Appropriatly hopped.

Aromas of plums, coffee, and malt. Black with no color. The head is tan with small pieces of black sediment in the foam and more at the bottom of the glass. Flavors of coffee, butter, and popcorn. Medium-full body. Better than I expected.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2005 Pours with a very dark body and a brown head. Somewhat fizzy head for the style. Nice smoky chocolaty aromas and flavors. Overly thick for the amount of hops. Not as impressive as I would have expected. Good but not great.

Fantastic. Black color with chocolate and coffee flavor. Creamy texture and a heavy mouthfeel. Very nice

Yet another beautiful drop from the lads at coopers. Best stout I have had. Recommend this to anyone.

Now this is a stout. Is a very dark black that has smooth lines of creamy chocolate and coffee running through it. A good stout for all occasions. cheers

Overated for Coopers and I love coopers beers. Coffee/chocolate flavours which is well balanced. Had a off paper flavour which was lingering.

The name really says it all, best extra stout. Great stout with full flavour and yet still easy drinking. Nothing missing here at all.
