Now here’s a beer with punch. Coopers Stout is a beacon for lovers of a hearty brew. With its robust flavour comprising a blend of fruit, chocolate and hop bitter notes it’s everything a stout should be. Brewed naturally using a top fermentation method, Coopers Stout’s unique rich, dark texture comes from specially roasted black malt.

Very easy drinking. A chocolate assault on the nose, then down the hatch and it’s smooth and light chocolate all the way, although finish is maybe a bit more cocoa than chocolate. Hides it’s 6.3% well until a very slight warming at the end. Much, much better than I was expecting.

I do not wax on poetically about beer but I do know the quality of a beer once tasted. This review is not about my tastes but reinforces the numbers, which are arbitrary.

From Festival de las Naciones. In Teku glass. At dinner, with sausages + cheesr sandwich. Good stout. Although the look isnt pretty (little foam), its amazing in nose and the taste is good enough. Texture maybe is a bit lighter than desiderable

Sutil aroma de café. Porém marcante. Negra opaca e creme castanho. Ácida e adocicada. Um amargor bem inserido. Belo café. Densa. Gostei. Amo o estilo e o café dela mandou bem.

Cola pour with a thin tan head. Aroma of roast, coffee, liquorice, cocoa. Flavour is a little heavier on the chocolate, nice roasty flavour too and a little bitter at the finish

Deep brown beer with a medium foamy dark beige head. Nose of cocoa, balsamic vinegar, and macerated cherries. Flavor is rich and dry with unsweetened chocolate, bitter coffee, and a slight fruity tang that finishes with a somewhat smoky bitterness. Good quality dry stout.
