on tap-pours a white head and yellow color. Aroma is grain/secondary light hops. Taste is grain, secondary light hops-spicy. OK carbonation. 2.9 &22oz bottle purchased at the brewery and refrigerated till consumed in August: 070821- 22 oz bottle-pours a thin foamy disappearing white head and yellow color. Aroma is apple cider, uh-oh. Taste is apple cider/infected, tannins, then some grain, light/spicy hops. OK carbonation. 1.5, so average=2.2

April 2004. Hazy blonde with white head. Fresh malts and spices in nose, with a peppery malty taste with lots of german hops . Good bodied. Again, good beer.

Euphoriant Saaz soon to be besieged by an intrusive window cleaner...A luscious creamy body laced in acidic citrus...If it weren’t for that nesting infection, this would be a scrumptious Bohemian pils...

Grainy, oxidized aroma. Hazy blond body with big white fully diminishing head. No hops apparent but there is something funky and sour. Slick, smooth mouthfeel. I suspect something is awry with this one and find it hard to believe I was sampling the same glass as the Cap... We had very different impressions. On tap at the brewery.

(Draught) Sampled at the brewery. Was told there was Saaz hops in here... I don't think so? Nice head retention. Good grapefruit nose and flavour. Creamy and lasting bitterness. My favourite beer by this brewery.
