Slipstream (350), USA Oct 23, 2007 Updated: Apr 29, 2008Yeasty, spicey aroma, with the musk of old cellars. Dark copper color with a light head. Full flavor and good on the palate, but pretty nasty going down - taste of peat and dirty socks, with rough hops in the finish. A little local brew that appears to need some improvement. I would like to give them another try - the bottle I had may have been stale or contaminated. jcwattsrugger (3862), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Aug 15, 2006 on tap-pours an offwhite head with copper-red color.
