Oct 23, 2007 Updated: Apr 29, 2008Yeasty, spicey aroma, with the musk of old cellars. Dark copper color with a light head. Full flavor and good on the palate, but pretty nasty going down - taste of peat and dirty socks, with rough hops in the finish. A little local brew that appears to need some improvement. I would like to give them another try - the bottle I had may have been stale or contaminated.

Aug 15, 2006 on tap-pours an offwhite head with copper-red color. Aroma is medium malt, hops. Taste follows with asome bitterness. Nice.

Jun 12, 2004 Light amber haze in color with ruby highlights and a small off-white head. Spicy,fruity, pine tree aroma. Flavor is upfront bitterness,tangy malt and spicy hops.

Jun 7, 2004 Cloudy orange with ruby notes, small bubbled thin white head. Huge sweet attack in the nose (oranges) and in the flavor. Intersting, but way too sweet.
