A nice big head, good-looking label. There is a musty, uriney aroma. The flavor is smooth and mildly bitter, but with a damp cellar taste in there. Not as bad as their red ale, but nothing great.

on tap-pours a white head with slightly hazy yellow color. Aroma has some spice, faint hops. Taste is balanced medium malt, hops with a slight bite. OK.

Had this one on draught in Glens Falls, New York. Incredibly complex and very drinkable, quite bitter in the taste with notes of baked bread, cinnamon and cloves, and balanced in the finish. Outstanding.

Bomber: Hazy-like orange with a super-thin white head, light bitter nose, grassy if anything. Too much carbonation and not much taste behind the bitterness.
