A brown beer with a disappearing light brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and prunes, but also hints of dust. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of nuts, leading to a dry end, over a thin body.

Draught at Transport Hotel, Melbourne. Hazy nut brown. Smooth and really chocolatey, fairly light bodied. Easy going. Low bitterness.

Nut brown colour. Malty, nutty aroma. Body is thin, with a vague nuttiness and a metallic finish. Drinkable, but weak.

Bottled. Black opaque, small brown bubbly head. Toffeish, a bit roasted aroma. Toffeeish malty flavour with hints of roasted malt and honey. Finish is hoppy and semi-bitter. Rich carbonation.

(12.7oz bottle) Clear dark brown body with hints of red, topped by a beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, molasses, nutty, caramel, black cherry. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, some black cherry, when there is any flavor. Much of the time on the tongue, however, provides almost no flavor. Watery light-medium body makes it pretty drinkable, just a shame the beer itself is hardly worth drinking.
