COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Coopers Heritage Premium Ale is a chill-filtered clear beer. Brewed using an unusual blend of malt and unmalted grains, this beer has been created with a full-bodied palate, a golden colour and a good creamy head. The subtle malt character is balanced with a moderate level of bitterness and by late hopping in the brew kettle that adds a pleasing hop aroma. An ale yeast has been specifically selected for its desired floral and fruity characters of top fermentation, which complement this complex and well-balanced palate.

An orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and malt, while the flavor is a boring malty one, with a light hoppy end. Boring.

UPDATED: JUL 14, 2005 Bottled. Clear bronze colour, brief head. Aroma of crystal malt with light notes of yeast and grassy hops. Lovely bready malt flavour, similar to their sparkling ale, but the mouthfeel is less... sparkling. The finish is grassy asd has some bitterness. I like this easy going ale.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small foamy head. Caramel and alcohol in aroma. Malty flavour with hints of hops, hay and butter. Also some vegetably notes are present. Dry finish.

Golden colour. Lightly honeyish, bready malt aroma. Somewhat bland, honeyish and a little biscuity. Seems well-enough-made but lacks guts.

375 ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden beer. A touch of peach/apricot aroma. Flavour of honey, peach and apple. Light floral hop character. Light acidity on the finish.

One of the most boring beers i've ever had, seriously. Pretty clean and all that, but watery and bland. It shares more in common with a standard Aussie Premium lager than anything else, but maybe thats what they were going for? If so, Coopers are taking steps back rather than forward, what happened to the Vintage Ale this year guys?

not that bad, just boring. hints at the good, banana and pear flavours of coopers sparkling but the saltiness is more evident here

(Bottled@Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Somewhat hazy golden color with small head. Sourish and earthy, quite plain aroma. Pretty sour and acidic, slightly buttery and moderately malty flavor. Light to medium-bodied, quite refreshing palate. Feels like keller/landbier.
