COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Bit too carbonated for me. Palete is simple. Bit murky look, not filtered for sure. Foam just dissapears fast. Just cant get a hold on to the taste. It is interesting, but nothing memorable. Nice botter aftertaste

375ml bottle from O’Briens. Bright, hazy gold, thin foamy white head doesnt last. Loads of floating sediment. Looks very inviting. Grainy, lagerish nose, a floral note and quite a bit of dough from the yeast. Quite strange. Flavour is wheat, banana, coriander spice and a little clove, not what I expected here. Light bodied and fizzy, refreshing on the palette. Finish has a little citrus and zest. Not bad.

375 bottle poured into a tulip glass. Turbid golden color with a small white head and many floaties. Not pretty. Soft bready aroma, with light malt, some floral hops and sulfur notes. Surprisingly sweetish malt flavor, some vegetal notes, light fruitiness and low bitterness. Light bodied, somewhat creamy, easy to drink but not very interesting.

From a bottle. It’s been a while since I’ve had one and I’d forgotten how good it is.

12oz bottle, Edeka Mohr, Bonn 02/2014. Very watery and light-bodied chugging pale ale, with a crisp pale malts and an almost "invisible" yeast. An AUS pale ale very much in the UK mild tradition of pale ales, saved by its exotic starfruit, lime, lemon grass and tangerine perfume. Otherwise very much like the 2 Kölsch I had before this - no need to expend the CO2 importing this into Bonn.
