COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Countbeer (4375) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAY 23, 2014
Bottle: Served in a shaker: Medium sized white head on top of a hazy yellow colored beer. Aromas of malts, crispy herbs, some slight (older) hop tones, some soap and a hint of hay. Flavours of bitters, herbs, leaves, malts, light hay, some honey and grains and a hint of marzipan. Aftertaste is a mix of bitters, herbs, marzipan and some malts. Mediun carbo, light mouthfeel, low to medium bodied and a light creamy texture. Decent but nothing exciting...

Pretty basic beer here. Definitely not robust as the description would lead you to believe. Head heads for the hills almost immediately and the flavor tags along. Not Coopers’ best beer.

Pours a hazy, slightly pale golden color, topped witha nice white head with solid retention. The aroma is moderately malty, some nice pleasant caramel and fruity feel. The taste is sweet and caramely, slightly bitterness in the body, some little fruits in the end. Nicely bitter aftertaste. I like it.
