nate2g (49), Brisbane, Australia Apr 5, 2008 Hazy yellow with small white head that leaves a presence of sediment in the glass. Aroma is hoppy and a tad bit sour. Malts and some fruity notes. Thin bodied that is too watery and doesn’t leave much to the imagination.
Capa (747), Yokosuka, Japan Nov 27, 2008 Cloudy in appearance with a firm white head. Aroma is citrus and lemon with alittle malt. Light flavor that is overpowered by the citric lemon notes. Malty finish. Inoffensive and drinkable, but nothing too special. SeanMacGC (102), Dublin, Ireland Nov 27, 2008 Bottle, 375ml. Pours cloudy golden, with reaassuring top-fermented sediment, but little to no head. Faint hoppy aroma, and quite watery on the palate, with cereal predominating, but some notes of yeast sufracing too. Not enough character for me, and possibly better suited to a hot summer’s day. johnnygm (14), Santiago, Chile Nov 21, 2008 No head, but lots of bubbles. Fruity aroma (pineapple, floral). On palate, maybe too bitter with a metallic aftertaste, and some lemon. pumpmaster (308), Florida, USA Oct 27, 2008 12 ounce bottle at Outback Delray Beach, FL Available at Total Wine for $1.99 ComradeK (15), Australia Oct 26, 2008 A good, solid dependable beer. Packed full of hoppy bitterness on the palate, finishes quickly and hoppily. Whilst it lacks the full flavour of Coopers Sparkling Ale, it is a truckload more refreshing, and perfectly suited to a hot Australian summer’s day. I would thoroughly recommend this for anyone looking for a nice refreshing beer.
