Commercial Description:
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Sampled a bunch of times in Adelaide. Overall a nice beer with a solid finish to it. Pretty malty but some light hops. A good bar beer.

Cloudy in appearance with a firm white head. Aroma is citrus and lemon with alittle malt. Light flavor that is overpowered by the citric lemon notes. Malty finish. Inoffensive and drinkable, but nothing too special.

Bottle, 375ml. Pours cloudy golden, with reaassuring top-fermented sediment, but little to no head. Faint hoppy aroma, and quite watery on the palate, with cereal predominating, but some notes of yeast sufracing too. Not enough character for me, and possibly better suited to a hot summer’s day.

No head, but lots of bubbles. Fruity aroma (pineapple, floral). On palate, maybe too bitter with a metallic aftertaste, and some lemon.

A good, solid dependable beer. Packed full of hoppy bitterness on the palate, finishes quickly and hoppily. Whilst it lacks the full flavour of Coopers Sparkling Ale, it is a truckload more refreshing, and perfectly suited to a hot Australian summer’s day. I would thoroughly recommend this for anyone looking for a nice refreshing beer.
