COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Pours cloudy gold with copious amount of sediment a large white head, good amount of lacing. Low key flavor profile. Minor bitter effect from the hops, plenty of malt sweetness. An interesting beer. For those who crave sediment. Flavor reminded me of some of the English pub ales.

330ml bottle @Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo. Some lemon and citrus aromas. pours very hazy, almost cloudy, with very fast vanishing white head, poor lacing. Light body, crispy texture, hgh carbonation. Taste is some sweet, citrusy, mild bitter, astrigent, with dry aftertaste.

Bottle from Peckhams, Glasgow (375ml, £1.95):
Light hops and a bit of bread along with some light, floral notes too. There was some noticeable grain and a smell not unlike a pale lager but for the most part it was pretty basic and bland with not much strength.
Hazy, pale yellow with a thin, quarter centimetre, foamy white head one top that stays relatively consistent throughout. There is also some darker sediment at the bottom of the glass as a result of my pouring skills.
Bread & some lighter, lager hops along with some grain make up most of the taste. There is some lemon, citrus and a touch of bitterness too but again this one is fairly basic and plain with only a touch of fruit towards the end to liven things up any.
Light medium body, perhaps a little thin but with fairly strong carbonation. There was also a bitter tang but overall it was slightly water and very plain.

Pretty bland and unexciting with not a whoe lot going for it really. It didn’t seem much like an English pale ale or even a golden ale to me either, it was just so ordinary and bland. The carbonation was a bit strong and the body a bit light with almost no taste or smell to speak of.

It is a good beer. The biterness is balanced with the rest and it is a light beer, but it does not show anything great.

Not so bad. Pours a hazy golden color. A bit of a stale odor, but it is not matched in the taste. A nice mix of malt and hoppiness. Some carbonation, light mouthfeel.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours cloudy yellow with floaties. Thin white head. Yeasty basement aromas with a touch of grassy hops. Taste is pretty carbonated, almost lagery roughness. Good BBQ beer, but I prefer coopers sparkling. Great value however.

Nice clean drink but seemed like something was missing, might be a good summer beer on a hot day but not a good dinner beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Starts off with abeautiful look. Looks like a couple of my favourite cloudy IPAs. I’m imagining citrusy, hoppy and a bit of sour. Beautiful thick white head. Taste is not so flash. At first very lager-like, sweet/sour and refreshing, no real malt or hops. I’m thinking this is like a good base to add some hop and malt magic to. Then the metallic taste kicks in and lingers in my throat. One glass of this would have been lovely, but I’m well into my second and it’s become merely ’better than [insert brand shit here]’

Cloudy and carbonated pale ale with a slight hop profile. Interesting that it was smooth but not overly impressive. Id rather have a traditional english pale ale for the taste.

Golden beer, a bit hazy. Lots of particles floating. Aroma is very faint, some grassy hops. Taste is unremarkable as well. Some sweet malts and slightly bitter finish. Won’t buy this beer again.
