"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Metallic aroma, and CO2. Some sweet malt, tiny amount of hops, and very little else.
Flavours aren’t that much off your mainstream draught type beers, but with a little more hops. Quite clean and effervescent.
Not bad, but nothing special.

Dirty yellow orange with no foam and a lot of flying particles. Smells a huge help. The taste is dry, bitter a little soapy. Not very good. Seriously Not very good.

I know it's meant to be cloudy and it doesn't detract from the taste but would prefer it clear with retaining head tastes ok crisp some sweet lemon pretty basic.

As a homebrewer, the rawness of this beer appeals. The little bit of sediment left in the bottom and the cloudy body very reminiscent of my garage breweries finest. Nice lemony fresh notes and a light crisp malt backbone. Some estery yeast qualities coming through from the bottle conditioning. What I’d consider a stock fridge beer; get 24 and pack away in the fridge. Nice and light enough to be enjoyed by anyone and perfect for a summer Australasian bbq.

On draught at the Big Legrowlski in Portland. The aroma and flavor are nicely rustic, with some yeasty farmhouse and light hop flavors. First ever Australian beer.

Coopers brewing abilities. When bottled a nice yeast residue is . Not quite as bitter as the bottle variety of pale ale robust taste. Definately just ok

BAD 8/18/14. Being bottle conditioned, the pour is cloudy and light amber in color. Outstanding head volume, lacing and retention. Very light nose of light hops over biscuit. Lemon is present as well as a slight spicy note. Light medium body that is smooth. Nice carbonation level with a bit of effervescence in the middle and a nice prickly finish. The flavor profile is intense, not complex and not very balanced. It begins with a muddled flavor that eventually allows some lemon to be identified. The middle is mildly bitter with nothing to balance. The finish is slightly dry and a muddled off flavor lingers.

This really is exactly like old school home brew, it’s peaky in the flavour, harsh and over carbonated. It however looks ok. Might avoid in future.

On draught - sampler at the Slip Inn, Sussex Street, Sydney on 09/07/15. Cloudy pale colour with a thin white head. Medium carbonation and light body. Aroma of straw, a little hops. Slightly creamy, lightly hopped with a bitter aftertaste. A lightly hopped slightly bitter golden ale - sessionable but not very exciting.
