"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

12.7-oz bottle. Cloudy dark yellow color with a small fizzy head that disappears rapidly. Aroma is lightly malty, yeasty with light apricot notes. Flavor is moderately sweet and with some sourness. Hop taste is diminished. Clean finish. Body is light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Has the feel of a wheat beer. Overall it’s a nice beer. But there is nothing remarkable about it. It’s not really a pale ale though. What is it really?

Live rating of a 330ml bottle from a fathers day selection. Served chilled, poured gently to retain the sediment in the bottle. Hazy pale gold with no real head to speak of. Aroma faintly resembles overripe banana. Odd kind of hefeweizen vibe, but without the spice. I started off sceptical, but ended up quite enjoying it. Dry, light and refreshing.

Color miel, casi sin espuma. Aspecto de zumo de manzana, turbia. Aroma ligeramente frutal. Tono dulcito y afrutado, muy bebible. No mucho cuerpo y carbonatacion media. Refrecante.

0.375 l bottle from local supermarket. Cloudy yellow colour. Taste and aroma has lots of hops. Taste reminds me American Pale Ale, but this has also some yeast. There is really some sediment in the bottle. Yep, quite nice.

330ml bottle, pours a hazy light amber. Nose is metallic with a little malt and a vegetable note. Not getting much at all from this. Watery, low on flavour, thin mouth feel, reasonable bitterish finish.

Rated based on notes from 24 May 2012 -- Aussie beer! Solid beer, better than the stuff I drank when I visited, dumb younger self should have sought out the best of what Australia had to offer!
