COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

Poured from 12.7 oz bottle into schooner glass. Appearance: a 1" white head drops quickly with some light lacing left behind. Color is deep golden with plenty of sediment from bottle conditioning. Lots of streaming carbonation. Aroma: floral and some citrus hops are dominate, with some biscuit and cracker. Mouthfeel: fluffy and frothy with a mostly wet finish. Flavor: toffee, butterscotch, caramel, biscuit, with plenty of hop balance in the background. Overall: very well done. Enjoyed this brew.

A golden beer, a big yest particles, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has light malts, lemon, some sweetness of mandarin and honey. Taste has lemon, grain, some herbs, slightly harsh bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth and easy to drink. Could be fresher.

Golden with a medium white head. Aroma is bread, biscuit, caramel, herbal and floral notea, light fruitness (apples, peaches, grapefruit). Taste is light pale malt and kimda resinous herbal hoppy, some cardboard, fruity, metallic and alcoholic notes. Light bitter aftertaste. Good beer but taste and palate are not so good

Pours clear gold. Taste of malts, a little bit bread and some floral notes. Just a very brief bite of bitterness. Overall, not offensive, but not memorable either. A nice Coopers ale to drink, regardless.

One breeze of wind from oz. Like someone diving with equipment in the glass. Bubbles and sand everywhere. Taste is interesting mix of fruity garden mixed with walk on the grass.

Found a bottle in de Bierschuur in Poppel. The beer is gold/yellow colored a pours a small white head, with average carbonation. The aroma is a mixture of hops, malts and yeast notes, but also the sweetness of different fruits is noticable. The taste is medium bodied, light bitter and spicy, but overall it´s a little watery. Though the taste is very refreshing which is good for a warm country like Australia. The finish is light bitter and refreshing.
