COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

(Bottle): Pours a hazy gold, small white head. Aroma of yeast, hops, floral, earthy notes, fruit. The yeast element is dominant and reminds me of a cheap lager which is a shame. Taste is a bit different, bready, malty, yeasty with a slight citrus element and a caramel aftertaste. A weird combination of flavours, would work better if the yeast notes were toned down a little.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a nice white head, some sediments in the bottom. Aroma of yeast, spices and hops. Light sweetness with fruity and malty notes, a bit spicy with light bitter and dry finish. Medium-bodied, alcohol is noticeable.

Pours a hazy orange with a thin white head. Aroma of grains, some hops, citrus notes. Not nearly as tasty as the Belgian blondes, but better than most lagers.

Interesante cerveza. Los sedimentos que flotan le dan un aspecto extraño más que el a parking. Creo que hay que tomarla más fría de que la tomé. Merece otra oportunidad ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled, 0.375l. Hazy golden amber color with small fully diminishing off-white head and full of floating yeast particles. Aroma is fruity, bready, caramelly, yeasty and floral hoppy. Taste is full of fruity esters, following is more grainy and yeasty with light alcohol feel, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, syrupy texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. I could call it sparkling sour ale...

375ml bottle - Despite having an appalling aroma and cloudy/hazy appearance it doesn’t taste too bad. Sadly my notes were not saved on my iPhone.

Bottle: Cloudy, amber gold color. Poor white head. Malty and yeast driven. Fruit, ester lift. Banana. Medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Heavy not fresh. Rustic. Caramel. Medium weight and length. Older style ale. Funky lees flavours.
