2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma is mostly cracker and biscuit but there is also a bit of a honey note. there is a faint earthy hop character but it is pretty faded. Fairly bready and yeasty.
Poured a very cloudy pale gold with a thin white head that quickly recedes to the edges. I thought I did a good job of leaving the yeast behind but clearly not.
Flavor starts with some slightly sweet cracker and biscuit malt notes. There is also some honey to the flavor but less than in the aroma. A fairly assertive bitterness is present, moderately high compared to the malt profile. Low to medium low hop flavor - earthy and woodsy. Slight astringency in the dry finish. The finish also has a bit of a yeasty flavor.
Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall this is an alright beer, but I wouldn't call it good. It probably doesn't help that it was 11 months old by the time it reached me. I think I would like a bit yet yeast character and a bit more hop character.

Bottle rhythm and booze. Pours with a fizzy white head soon dissapears hazy golden straw colour. Aroma is sweet honey malts. Taste is sweet honey malts with a tangy sour citrus kick. Stong carbonation which fizzes on the tongue good body. I really liked this sweet and sour combination with fizz very unique.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
This is a different beer from a different time. Lots of sediment in the bottle and it needs to be poured carefully after the bottle has settled for a few days.
That said it is unique in flavour. Dusty, with a touch of citrus and malt. Hop flavour is subtle. Fresh bread notes on the nose and tongue.

Golden color, small head, sediment highly present. Fruity and earthy aroma. Full body. Taste has something weird I didn’t like, lacks balance in my opinion. Very strange, not my cup of tea.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
(Bottle): Pours a hazy gold, small white head. Aroma of yeast, hops, floral, earthy notes, fruit. The yeast element is dominant and reminds me of a cheap lager which is a shame. Taste is a bit different, bready, malty, yeasty with a slight citrus element and a caramel aftertaste. A weird combination of flavours, would work better if the yeast notes were toned down a little.
